DOA-IFAS Cadaveric Workshop during DOACON 2024

The preconference cadaveric workshop on Foot and Ankle surgical approaches conducted by IFAS and DOA was held on November 8th in the anatomy dissection hall at MAMC. Eighteen delegates and eight faculty members attended the workshop. The cadaveric hands-on session began with a discussion on challenging cases and how they were approached. There was live cadaveric demonstration with C-Arm on usage of Tighrope for syndesmotic fixation, how to reduce calcaneal fracture with sinus tarsi and get the implant position correct and also on the nuances of tibiotalar arthrodesis nail. The delegates provided excellent feedback.
